All new students at Feel Good Yoga begin with an introduction that really teaches yoga. Spend time during your initial yoga session learning how to do yoga postures, how to move, how to breathe, and more.
The goal at Feel Good Yoga is to teach you to understand your yoga practice completely. You will learn what the postures do for you, how to move into and out of each one, and how to work to your edge as you hold the posture.
